Spent almost eight years at Self Esteem Brands that was the parent company for Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, The Bar Method & Basecamp Fitness franchises. Oversaw the entire Service Delivery team (five Project Managers, four Project Coordinators & twelve technical support technicians). -Routinely managed 350 projects per year (new facilities, expansions, relocations & service projects). -Worked with our network of installation technicians throughout the country while also served as primary person to locate and bring on other companies to service our projects. -Managed ticket volume of 1,000 inbound tickets per month and worked to keep our SLA standards to a week or less for franchisees response time. -If work constituted "emergency" our SLA times were to be response within one business day or less with technicians being onsite in two days or less. - Was also responsible for management of the FDD and the language that made up the "technology" components to which we served (access control, video surveillance, networking, audio & security devices).
