Ensure effective financial management; providing vision for the overall financial health of the company ensuring continuity and solvency; ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. Ensure the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements as well as regulatory and administrative reports. Organize aggressive supply chain oversight and logistical coordination to ensure consistent supply of liquid oxygen to all hospitals on St. Croix, St. Thomas, and the British Virgin Islands. Other responsibilities encompass team development and succession, marketing and public relations, inventory management, production, and service management. Key Accomplishments
Have improved overall operations, ensuring compliance with local, regional, and federal standards; to include both OSHA and DOT requirements; guaranteeing site inspection readiness. Project planning, resource management, and direct oversite to successfully complete $500K rebuild project of both the St. Croix and St. Thomas facilities as each sustained considerable damage from the 2017 hurricanes. Early 2023, concluded the installation and certification of the new oxygen tank farm at JFL, which facilitated the opening of the new JFL North on April 22, 2023. This project included the installation of two, 1500-gallon oxygen storage tanks, and a backup 30-cylinder manifold system that more than doubles the oxygen storage capacity for patients of the hospital providing reassurance and peace of mind to our community, safeguarding against low supplies of oxygen during a declared state of emergency.
