I coordinate with team members to plan, design, develop, analyze, implement, and evaluate the scope of the projects that they will be handling. I assist and/or design instructional material that will help in accomplishing the learning goals and objectives of on a variety of topics and subjects for our clients. I regularly oversee the instructional designing and development that is involved in our projects and ensure that the project is prioritized according to the given deadline.
I project manage our planning and design strategies while making effective use of various instructional tools to evaluate instructional design solutions that offer quality to achieve the desired learning impact/outcome.
I provide the necessary technical leadership and work with my team of instructional designers to manage the design and development of learning solutions.
I develop detailed project plans and ensure that the resources are made available within the assigned budget and that the project is completed within the given deadline.
At times, I functions as a subject matter expert and ensures that effective test plans are being implemented to ensure that project meets the training needs and satisfies the intended audience.
I identify the root cause of any issue related to a project and recommend effective solutions for the same.
I also provide performance related feedback and offers any coaching that is required for the designers to produce quality content, ensuring we provide the maximum performance outcome(s). I am directly involved in seeking, sharing, and adopting ideas and best practices that are current with the latest instructional delivery trends. I collaborates with various cross functional teams to accomplish the end user's as well as the organization's goals. I will evaluate the effectiveness of a project by making observations and getting the relevant feedback about the same.
