- Define the Online Presence strategy for the all the Standard Bank digital marketing platforms worldwide
- Consult on any digital channel work, including the development, testing, and maintenance of customer channels such as the Standard Bank mobile banking app - Build and maintain relationships with various internal clients, stakeholders at varying levels across the Group in order to and assist them in maximising online opportunities to help meet their business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with various mobile, online, digital media, social media, direct marketing and search agencies
- Drive and coordinate the design, structure (IA and navigation), alignment and content for all Group websites in your portfolio by working closely with stakeholders and technical staff
- Drive the appropriate tone and style of web content
- Monitor and evaluate the websites within your portfolio to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant and that they comply with central online and CI guidelines
- Monitor usage and usability standards for the websites in your portfolio
- Analyze web analytics and provide stakeholders with insights into using the trends to meet business requirements and add value to user journeys
- Ensure basic SEO is implemented on all digital marketing platforms
- Research the latest web trends and promote best practice
- Identify and manage business and security risks in the campaign environment, ensuring that systems and process controls are in place to contain these
