• Establishing recruitment strategy for overseas recruitment by onboarding various agencies in Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and the Philippines to source talent.
• Developing, refining, and fine-tuning effective recruitment methods, and posting job vacancies on various job portals like Dubizzle, Naukri Gulf, GNcareers, etc., to attract qualified candidates.
• Renewing company licenses, and handling JAFZA visa processing, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Strengthening relations with government institutions to process a variety of visas, work permits, passports, and labor cards among others for employees.
• Managing employee welfare schemes through coordinated efforts with insurance brokers for medical reimbursement and workman compensation renewals.
• Leveraging industry expertise to suggest the most advanced HR systems including updating documents in HR software and LIMS, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Overseeing effective payroll processes, processing/leave entitlements, and final settlements.
