Increased social media traffic across all platforms by 33%. Worked directly with proprietors to re-brand new website, develop booking engine and new CRM selection and implementation called Revinate. Oversee all guest relation matters including pre-arrival VIP forms, online reviews, CRM post-stay reviews through Digital Alchemy and Revinate as well as guest correspondence issues occurring on property for both hotel and spa divisions. Worked closely with Calistoga Chamber on promotional marketing/advertising materials including Winter in the Wineries Passport, NV Guidebook Co-op and VisitCalistoga monthly display ad reports. Manage daily hotel operations including Front Desk, Spa, Reservations as well as other functions assigned. Conduct staff training and development throughout multiple departments, weekly meetings regarding staff evaluations and guest relation issues with property owners, property improvements and overall guest satisfaction. Implementing spa and hotel operational, marketing and supply budgets. Evaluate cost of new programs, tools, strategic planning, revenue and bottom line profitability for hotel and spa.
