Dec. 2021- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize around and complete projects. Cross functional teams include Operations, Marketing, Culinary, internal and external vendors, and corporate. - Maintain and execute quarterly seasonal menu planning, improvements to customer satisfaction and partner with other chefs on campus to create a cohesive program
- Set up and drive program management functions including meeting leadership, deliverable tracking, reporting, escalation management, issue resolution, and others
- Provide leadership in connecting the dots amongst the different business units. Recognize gaps and work with teams to fill them
- Solve problems, give guidance, make tough judgment calls
- Navigate gray areas of responsibility and make judgment calls on the best path forward
- Immerse myself in the Bon Appetit Management Company brand and be able to uphold sustainablity standards
- Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the culinary team
