-Analyze the conversion funnel, identifying user and segment-based improvements for enhanced outcomes.
-Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, Bing, Twitter, CTV, Display, Pinterest.
-Manage strategy + collaborate with marketing team on podcasts opportunities, while focusing on primary growth KPI's
- Manage audience targeting, and creative collaboration for all post card marketing - Continuously test and optimize target audiences and creative assets.
- Skillfully manage budget allocations across all paid advertising channels.
- Maintain relationships with key representatives from major advertising platforms.
- Liaise with the creative team to request and brief advertising materials.
- Dedicate efforts to optimizing conversion rates and click-through rates.
- Provide analytical reports and leverage data-driven insights to enhance ROI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure seamless campaign performance.
-Accountable for overachieving on goals and metrics related to efficiency and growth, inclusive to CAC, ROAS and LTV, and strategizing around channel optimization, incrementality testing, and more, all while championing the Venus et Fleur brand
-Monitor KPIs, measure performance of paid and organic channels and campaigns to assess effectiveness and determine ROI, and make and implement recommendations for improving new customer acquisition and conversion metrics while optimizing spend
-Generate consumer profiles based on cohort analysis that can be used in developing strategic marketing plans
-Partner with cross-functional teams, retention, brand, customer service, and leadership to strategize acquisition marketing throughout the customer journey
