-Owned merchandising tool strategy and governance for unifying the site experience, managed rules driven product placement, left-hand navigation facets, as well as aligned assets across businesses. Digital Enhancements and Workflows:
-Optimized systems and processes for digital merchandising tools, worked to increase efficiencies and reduce workload, gathered requirements from stakeholders and partnered with Product and Technology Teams during development life cycle. On-site Search:
-Owned business vision for the search engine, auto-complete functionality and rules management tools, as well as defined metadata classifications to improve results. Business Intelligence:
-Implemented shopping funnel analytics for customer search and browse behaviors and owned strategic roadmap for this reporting landscape. Experimentation:
-Conducted A/B testing for site features and implemented geo-targeting and segmentation to create personalized experiences across devices.
