• Management of the YKP, Sysprice, XPTA, and Runsmart brands, each with distinct portfolios and target personas;
• Planning and execution of digital marketing, social selling, and demand generation campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Taboola, Instagram, Facebook, X);
• Content creation using AI (Jasper, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) for blogs, landing pages (WordPress), articles, posts (mLabs), videos, email marketing (RD-Station), co-marketing and account-based marketing (ABM);
• Organization of webinars, in-person events, and sponsorships (including sports marketing);
• Development and launch of new products (SolidWorks, AvaliaX, HR Score, easyCAC);
• Implementation of an SDR prospecting area integrating marketing and sales (PipeRun).
Results:
• Generated 1,159 leads between Jan–Sep/2025: 133 from digital campaigns and 1,026 from webinars/events (10 online + 1 in-person at WTC São Paulo);
• Converted 982 MQLs, 71 SQLs, and 400+ leads in qualification, representing ~30% of the B2B IT pipeline in 2025;
• Executed a multi-channel branding plan reaching 1.5M views in 6 months;
• Digital campaigns with R$20k in paid media generated R$100k in revenue (5x ROI);
• Database enrichment generated 210 opportunities and R$52k in incremental revenue.
