Feb. 2019 - Oct. 2020Barueri-Leadership and supervision of members of the IT infrastructure teams in South America and Africa, ensuring the availability of adequate qualified resources to meet the required service levels.
-Management of the performance objectives and professional development of the IT infrastructure team, including the initiation, monitoring, review and validation of individual training and development plans. -Technical support and guidance to the IT infrastructure team, with direct involvement in incidents or problems and acts as a escalation point so that incidents are resolved in a timely manner. -Responsible for ITIL disciplines, covering Incident, Problem and Change Management, implementing policies / standards to improve the quality and efficiency of support services. -Support and administration for VMWare and HyperV, Cisco Switches, firewall and routers. -Responsible for the general availability of the system and maintains a resilient infrastructure to reduce failures. -Installation, configuration and administration of File Servers, Printing, Database, E-mail, Backup, Web, Firewall, Proxy, Antivirus, Monitoring, AD, DNS, SCCM, DHCP, VPN, among others. -Administration and negotiation of outsourcing contracts that generated a reduction of CAPEX and OPEX by approximately R $ 250,000.00. -Management of the deployment and support of desktops, laptops and printers, and productivity tools such as Outlook, MSOffice, Teams and Planner. -Control of the delivery of individual and team projects allocated within aggressive delivery deadlines. -Monitoring of critical business systems and processes. -Management and coordination of technical support for all equipment and IT peripherals in the offices in South America and Africa, taking care of the entire life cycle of the equipment -Maintenance of the schedule of formal service reviews with the main stakeholders and the management of the main outsourced suppliers.
