Project include: - Managed the rollout of Q2's Active/Active Data Center solution which is a key differentiator from our competition. Downtown for our customers in the event of an outage is significantly reduced with the attendant financial penalty savings. - Managed the rollout of Q2s first foray into to containerization as part of an OS End Of Live remediation project. Utilized Hashicorp products for Containerization orchestration. - Wrote the requirements and managed the delivery of the Q2 Customer environment tracking system (IDX). Another key deliverable that has changed the way support, IOC and implementation interact with customer environments. Prior to IDX a manual data tool called ID was used and was prone to data entry errors. Key responsibilities - Manage multiple large scale and complex IT projects with cross-departmental resources - Apply appropriate methodology, tools and templates for completing assigned projects - Manage project scope, schedule, and delivery on time and within budget - Manage all project risk and issues and the corresponding mitigation strategies - Manage project change control and ensure changes do not jeopardize existing project timelines - Work with IT resource managers and oversee capacity needs for project efforts - Act as a mediator between stakeholders and team members regarding project efforts - Own all IT related announcements and communications according to assigned projects - Determine how project results will be measured and complete post project evaluations

Performed Root Cause Analysis, identified and implemented solution and went from a 24% delivery rate for the year (June 14) to 100% on time delivery for the last 4 months. - Established Enterprise Level Project Server (IMP and IMS) application/schedules for SM CONUS (32 projects in all)
