Lisa works predominantly with professional men and women who are yearning to reconnect to their inner essence, need to find ways to combat chronic stress or are perhaps ready to take a leap of faith into a new reality. She also happens to be a trained Chef, world traveller, mother to two (pretty much adults now), life adventurer & ex-corporate chick who understands to demands and challenges of high performing executives. Lisa has recently been entrenched in learning and teaching the principles of the 'Blue Zones' in her Retreats and programs (where the oldest and healthiest humans on earth live today) across the country along with bringing Mindfulness & Wellness Principles into everyday REAL LIFE to create, choose and live your ultimate existence.
