Main Activities: · Increase Market Share in all Latin American countries including Brazil and consolidate the share in the existing customers. Business is related to minerals (F&PA) such as Perlite, Diatomite, Talc, Carbonates, Bentonite, etc. for different types of markets such as Filtration, Food Beverage, Paints, Construction, Automotive, Cosmetics, Agriculture, and Pet Care. · Development of new markets and segments directly (B2B/B2C) and via distributors. · Interface with global positions and projects. · Participation in International Events and Fairs. · Visit customers in Brazil and Latin America. Periodic Worldwide trips. · Elaborate a strategic mapping of the region and competitors. · Pricing and costs analysis. · Responsible for a team of 8 people (5 in Brazil and 3 in South America). Interface with global directors, R&D and operational teams. Main Achievements/Success Cases: . Market Share increase (30%) in Brazil and Latin America . Development of new segments the company was not acting before such as cosmetics and Pet Care. .
