May. 2013 - Jan. 2016Greater New York City Area• Oversee integrated media planning for clients - developing strategies, media planning and buying, directing team and department projects, reporting & analysis, media optimization, media financials, recommending and introducing new methods/applications to apply towards goals, leading in flawless execution and ensuring that the team delivers against client objectives, stays on strategy, on budget and on schedule • Establish and manage relationships with senior media clients as well as be a key agency contact and resource for clients across other disciplines/departments • Collaborate with agency cross functional teams to deliver cohesive business solutions and strategies • Participate in Agency / departmental task forces, project work and new business • Map the end-to-end customer experience and identifies key roles for media • Maintain control of work-flow and assigned responsibilities among each client team
• Oversee the progress of all projects, providing direction and assistance to ensure quality control and timely completion
• Function as a change agent, inspiring and fostering a sense of innovation and creativity in the development of all communication plans
