- Definition of strategy and implementation of CRM (Salesforce), email marketing and lead nurturing.
- Planning and execution of unit launch events, commemorative dates and customer relations.
- Implementation of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology and maintenance of quarterly surveys.
- Coordination of the marketing team, consisting of 4 people.
