Developed and executed strategic plans that led to an 80% increase in revenue. This was achieved through SKU expansion and incorporation of new business units in all markets. Argenprom became the number one supplier for accessories business unit in LATAM. Conceptualized and implemented a strategic sustainability initiative, introducing a line of sustainable products that not only met market demand but also elevated the company's reputation as a socially responsible brand. Successfully identified and secured a strategic merger with one of Avon's top suppliers for Brazil, contributing to the expansion and diversification of business initiatives. Invoicing in this particular business unit doubled after the merger. Collaborated closely with Disney on developing a line of fashion and selfcare items for Avon Cosmetics. Led and managed the end-to-end development of a signature line of items for Susana Gimenez, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to execution. Collaborated closely with Susana Gimenez and her team to understand their vision, preferences, and brand identity, ensuring the successful translation of their unique style into the product line. Coordinated cross-functional teams, including design, production, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products in time and within budget.
