The first project is the construction of a library for Davey High School located in Dayveton Township in the East Rand. This project has been further driven by M-NET who came on board and turned what was initially a small project to help get the ball rolling to a massive project that will be far reaching. The school which was targeted reaped greatly from this project and their Matric pass rate increased by 77% in a matter of months. There are two major aspects to the system, the first being recruitment and second being the employee profile. The recruitment aspect of the system takes the recruitment process and streamlines it, the system provides the majority of recruitment martial at a click of a button for example interview guides, entry and exit interview guides and new hire starter packs etc. It will provide statistics on number of hires and how long the process took. It will provide number of exits and reasons and many more for the system can be customized to fit any organisation.
