Leading the Human Resources services for an EPC Concentrator plant project, designed and built by Ausenco for Mantoverde (Capstone Copper).Providing the HR support for all 190+ Ausenco employees working on the project in the Santiago office, on Site and remote locations.
During the last year also supporting 3 LoB and 3 support areas as HR Business Partner in Ausenco Chile’s main office in Santiago. - Developed the People and Performance Plan for the Mantoverde EPC project.
-Partnered with the Project Director and Project leaders to design and deliver support for their team’s
needs while meeting the project’s objectives in terms of time and budget.
- Managed entire employee Life-Cycle for all Ausenco collaborators working on the Mantoverde
Project (~200pp). This workforce was spread in different locations (Santiago, Brisbane, Home Office, Project Site in Chañaral).
- Team was composed of a dedicated project recruiter, a Senior HR Advisor and an HR Coordinator.
- Was responsible for staffing, onboarding, providing all employee services and support and
complying with legislation, and Employee Relations issues, labor claims and investigations. - Worked with the Project Director and leader to create a unique project culture, applying standard Ausenco practice as well as designing unique campaigns and project-specific strategies.
- Developed team development plans for each area of the project.
- Responsible for obtaining approval and maintaining up to date documentation as project needs shifted and conditions changed on a regular basis.
- Led corporate initiatives in the project, ensuring their implementation as required, this included Performance Reviews, Talent Reviews, Diversity and Inclusion training, Leadership Campaigns, Wellbeing and standard Holidays and commemorative events.
- Managed a destaffing plan with leaders to assist in meeting project changing needs as well as ensuring recognition, communication and employee satisfaction.
