Used NLP and traditional ML to perform initial topic, group, and trend extraction from diverse, mostly unstructured data sources with limited initial training data. By employing innovative approaches, simulated training data by interviewing a SME to pinpoint key elements, pre-categorize the data, and run validation tests. Refined the approach with additional elements and conditions, and repeated the process. After three iterations, about 2% of the data was verified and used as the training dataset that offset categorization for the rest of the data. Result revealed that data categorization was achievable, despite client’s initial perception and failed internal attempts. ** Customer: ServiceNow (Jul 2022 – Nov 2022):
Assessed (at the time) planned ML capabilities in ServiceNow's proprietary system. Conducted risk analyses and developed SOPs for all ServiceNow Data Scientists and customers. Provided recommendations for MLOps, architecture, security, compliance, and federated learning infrastructure, along with market insights for future guidance.
