Let's Unify! ** Customer: Microsoft ISV MDEA: Automated collection and processing of partner marketing data from 8 diverse sources (6 database engines), reducing the manual extraction time from an average of 12 hours per week to under 20 minutes. This automation also enhanced data quality, identified problematic data, standardized report change management, and ensured compliance with security protocols.

Jul. 2022 - Apr. 2023Greater Seattle Area** Customer: Google FIA (Dec 2022 – Feb 2023): Used NLP and traditional ML to perform initial topic, group, and trend extraction from diverse, mostly unstructured data sources with limited initial training data. By employing innovative approaches, simulated training data by interviewing a SME to pinpoint key elements, pre-categorize the data, and run validation tests. Refined the approach with additional elements and conditions, and repeated the process. After three iterations, about 2% of the data was verified and used as the training dataset that offset categorization for the rest of the data. Result revealed that data categorization was achievable, despite client’s initial perception and failed internal attempts. ** Customer: ServiceNow (Jul 2022 – Nov 2022): Assessed (at the time) planned ML capabilities in ServiceNow's proprietary system. Conducted risk analyses and developed SOPs for all ServiceNow Data Scientists and customers. Provided recommendations for MLOps, architecture, security, compliance, and federated learning infrastructure, along with market insights for future guidance.

Crafted methodologies and established baseline ground truth data, assessing current methods and benchmarking potential alternatives. Leveraged PySpark, SparkSQL on DataBricks (MSFT Azure), handling datasets exceeding 100 billion rows, and conducting clustering and feature evaluations for alternative approaches.

Feb. 2020 - Mar. 2021Greater Seattle Area** Customer: T-Mobile Digital Customer Experience Team (Nov 2020 – Jan 2021): PoC: Evaluating Data Readiness for Advanced Analytics / using DS & ML methods to increase customer satisfaction and for customized, more relevant communication approaches. The PoC revealed the available data to not be usable for the intended purposes (aggregated for a different business goal) as well as a solution to curating the required dataset. ** Customer: T-Mobile Spectrum Policy Team (Feb 2020 – Oct 2020): Reinforced Unify’s engagement within the Spectrum Team by augmenting the 2.5 GHz spectrum project. Unify’s engagement grew from 1 to 4 consultants by May 2020. • Analyzed the 2.5 GHz spectrum, one of the most complex wireless assets, for T-Mobile, using Airflow DAGs, Postgres with GIS, and Django middleware. Considered D3, Leaflet, and Bokeh for the frontend. Achieved early integration with TMO systems for accurate data presentation. • Developed an automated system to streamline T-Mobile's tools by analyzing their circular and non-circular dependencies and references (i.e. “BOWL OF SPAGHETTI”), significantly lowering the risk and redundancy by focusing on the critical path.
