Collaborated with Product to make sure that clients’ content is consistent, up-to-date and reflective of the clients’ brand. Strong usage of HTML, XML and CSS and Yahoo! content management platforms. Worked closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Ad Solutions, Production and Design teams to oversee builds for both new products and site refreshes. In charge of creating strategic SEO plans for new and existing Original programs. Managed several projects within the Originals team, including the build and release of Early Edition, the build and release of Nissan Live Sets, and the conversion of programs from ASP to PHP.

Aug. 2003 - Aug. 2006Managed all web projects and content items for the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra (http://www.mso.org). Oversaw the budget for the company website and granted approvals for development. Planned and helped manage the integration of the company’s content management system. Oversaw the integration of the company’s ticket data base into the website’s front end. Promoted usage of the website internally and externally and implemented appropriate changes within the site to increase traffic and user compatibility. Created web traffic reports using Web Trends and performed user analysis for Marketing, Public Relations and Sales teams. Worked with various departments as a facilitator to ensure information was updated and content was consistent, professional and would engage users.
