We increased client lead generation by up to 800% by implementing omnichannel marketing campaigns incorporating website design/development, social media, blogs, email campaigns, print media, and more. We refined campaigns using A/B testing, analytics, SEO, and market research, ensuring top performance. I focused on delivering the best ROI for each client's budget, which ranged from $1K to $10K for SMBs and up to $200K for enterprise clients. I leveraged data-driven insights, market research, and a deep understanding of client target audiences to develop content strategies that drove results and maximized budgets. I advised clients on establishing brand & style guidelines because a consistent brand voice builds customer relationships. Ensuring consistency across channels increased brand recognition up to 500%. Being responsible for final content edits, I ensured brand consistency, graphic relevance, message accuracy, and regulatory adherence. Paying meticulous attention to detail, I delivered high-quality content that met client expectations and complied with industry regulations. I formed strong partnerships with stakeholders, designers, and subject matter experts (SMEs), working closely with them to strategize content, create effective content calendars, devise content reuse strategies, and optimize content.
