Led sales and delivery of employee research programs that helped clients meet their people and culture objectives. Collaborated with the account management team on identification and pursuit of sales targets, established and cultivated dozens of annuity client relationships, partnered with clients to design and implement employee listening strategies, and led client project delivery teams. Specific achievements include:
-Client-facing sales & delivery: in the U.S., expanded existing client relationships and secured new accounts resulting in increased sales for the New England, French Canada and East Central markets (average of 3 new accounts worth $120K each per year). In France, secured 2 major global clients that generated annuity income of $2M following recruitment to establish a new office in Paris.
-New intellectual capital development: Co-founder of the Human Capital Center of Excellence for Inclusion & Diversity, a cross-practice team developing evidence-based, customized solutions for clients. Co-authored the flagship white paper and was the lead visionary for the CoE products and services portfolio, which generated over $2M in sales the first year.
-Internal organizational development: managed Willis Towers Watsonโs own employee listening strategy, conducting 4 company-wide surveys for the organization across 7 years and through 2 mergers. Led an internal delivery team and managed internal stakeholders, including helping C-suite leaders leverage insights from the survey to drive organizational change and achieve performance objectives.
-Internal inclusion & diversity: co-led the womenโs resource group for the Chicago office of over 800 employees and served as member of the regional inclusion & diversity council. Set yearly goals in conjunction with global governance, organized recurring meetings, conducted workshops on unconscious bias, organized events with external speakers, and oversaw mentoring program.
