Co-authored the flagship white paper and was the lead visionary for the CoE products and services portfolio, which generated over $2M in sales the first year.
-Internal organizational development: managed Willis Towers Watson’s own employee listening strategy, conducting 4 company-wide surveys for the organization across 7 years and through 2 mergers. Led an internal delivery team and managed internal stakeholders, including helping C-suite leaders leverage insights from the survey to drive organizational change and achieve performance objectives.
-Internal inclusion & diversity: co-led the women’s resource group for the Chicago office of over 800 employees and served as member of the regional inclusion & diversity council. Set yearly goals in conjunction with global governance, organized recurring meetings, conducted workshops on unconscious bias, organized events with external speakers, and oversaw mentoring program.
