Responsible for partnership strategies incl. legal, commercial, technical and financial aspects of the business across the markets.
- Day to day steer and and manage team of account managers and biz dev managers
- Focus on people's growth, coaching and mentoring
- Facilitate a change and the information sharing among teams
- Set goals and prepare business forecast for EMEA (Scandinavia, Benelux, Eastern Europe, Turkey, MENA region)
- Watch market trends and business needs and translate it into specific actions for the product team
- Help with sales negotiations and main tenders ( Emirates, Edreams, KLM, Aeroflot, Opera, Finn, Get Your Guide, Lonely Planet to name few)
- Optimize internal process, i.e. reporting, KPI’s, communication between support and commercial teams
- Look into new ventures, anticipating next steps for the team, i.e. destination marketing organisation, Banking services, browser extensions
