I have introduced and streamlined the lead factory model for lead generation. Part of this has been streamlining the complete lead process from website form fill to sales appointment and monitoring drop off and conversion rates. Since i have joined we have rewritten/updated the following: www.neopost.co.uk - All pages have been updated Marketing automation - Introduced marketing automation to the business and improved what was already in place. Other areas of the business have also been educated in order for he processes to work correctly. Campaign process - Moved over from a print and advert related campaign process to a social media and landing page style campaign with great results! I have overseen a 200% increase in leads for our core products. The increase for our CSS product leads is 20% over the same time period. Leads generated through automation have increased by 25% and our customer retention have increased by 10%. I have also identified and reported back to the business serious customer journey flaws and bottlenecks. This has lead to increased support for existing customers on our website and a much higher level of engagement on our website. The overall customer journey has been decreased by 2 steps to our main pages. This has lead to a longer visit time because of the content i have written for the new product pages.
