MSPSN provided education and hosted services to VARs and MSPs helping them make the transition from break-fix to managed services quickly and profitably. Responsible for creating and delivering NOC, Help Desk, and a host of other managed services which were white labeled by our reseller base and delivered to their end users. Started with zero resellers and grew to 1500 resellers in three years setting the stage for a successful acquisition. • Responsible for overall vision and company direction, company P&L, and oversaw all operations.
• Responsible for full hosted/cloud product portfolio analysis, integration and pricing.
• Establish, build and deliver a 24x7x365 NOC support service; including data center build and the acquisition of engineering talent. NOC engineering team based in the United States. Responsible for Service Level Agreement (SLA) and ultimately delivered a NOC service meeting KPIs >95% of the time.
• Develop and implement the process, protocols and tools to deliver an efficient, profitable solution.
• Negotiate with top vendors to move hosted services into our data center.
• Recruit and hire and coach top engineering talent – 25 direct reports.
• Recruit, hire and coach top sales talent – 2 direct reports.
• Named one of MSP Mentors top 100 MSPs in the world in 2009.
• In 3 years built and managed channel of over 1500 solution providers, in the US, Canada, UK, New Zealand, and Australia.
• Onsite sales and technical partner training on selling and delivering services, consult on best practices, and support them through the transition from VAR to MSP.
