- Mentoring and coaching new hires that joined the company
- Continuous mentoring, coaching and assistance for specialists within the department
- Work with large data sets during the research phase (Teradata)
- Preventing financial loses by identifying trends and analysing fraudulent behaviour
- Providing feedback to management regarding necessary changes and update including product related policies and SOPโs as well as customer care issues
- Work with stakeholders on solutions from research phase to full deployment
- Maintain departmental standards for production, Quality and Customer satisfaction

- Working on special projects e.g. task distribution for the whole ICA Compliance and Fraud skillsets
