Facilitated in building the India compensation database on an on-going basis.
Business Development: develop, initiate and close a number of business development opportunities by meeting and interacting with clients regularly, gathering relevant information and provide them with "out of the box" solutions.
Project Management: for conducting market benchmark studies and reward assignments across different sectors (Chemical, Oil & Gas, Mining, Engineering etc) companies such as Shell, BG, and Schlumberger etc. Reward assignments included salary structuring, variable pay design, salary analysis etc
Evaluating trends in compensation and benefits and pay for performance for different management levels across different functions.
Regional Initiatives (Asia) included project management at regional level, worked in Malaysia on an Oil and Gas Project, part of a regional Chemical forum in Singapore etc.
