Jan. 2019 - Jan. 2020In this role I supported the Higher Education Customer Success Team by doing the following: - Developed engaging emails with specialized landing pages that included items such as customizable posters and tools. These emails were created to drive product usage and cross-sales. Emails were sent through Marketo and tracked in Marketo and Salesforce. Customized tools were created using InDesign and Illustrator. Lading pages were created through Wordpress. Complicated distribution lists were pulled from Salesforce. -Mapped out a Customer Journey that spanned three different customer segments, new clients, and existing clients and was later adapted across the whole organization. - Created a blueprint for a Customer Rewards Program to help create a sense of community for customers, drive cross-sales, increase product usage, and increase renewal rates. - In charge of putting together bi-monthly internal newsletter - assigned tasks and ensured they were completed in time, contributed content for Customer Marketing section, and distributed newsletter. -In charge of customer-facing monthly newsletter - created outline, assigned tasks and managed contributors to ensure content was completed on time, created and distributed emails through Marketo utilizing dynamic content, landing pages, and downloadable, customizable content.
