Reducing the Code Creation from 3 days to 30 minuts, integrating more than 3 systems/business macro roules to maintain the legacy structure, Applying industry 4.0, agile and lean concepts. - Review of Weights, for all levels of the company's products (Over 2900 Hours). Replacing 5 Applications from the Legacy, Improvement of Processes and return of results, Applying industry 4.0, agile and lean concepts. - Refractory Materials and Outsourcing Structural Treatment - over 1000 hours
