• Registering new companies to SEC.
• Other tasks that may assign by the CEO CEO’s Rep. to HR/ Payroll Specialist (October 2014–January 2015)
Duties and responsibilities:
• Temporarily assigned as reliever on time-keeping, payroll, 13th month, and alphalist computation of employees. Special Assignment: Int’l. Logistics Associate (March – December 2013)
Duties and responsibilities:
• Full responsibility and accountability for all air, ocean, export, import related matters for all business units. With more of an emphasis on Ocean import.
• Receive, review, and process export documentation such as packing list, commercial invoice, B/L and AWB for each shipment accurately, thoroughly, efficiently and performing all functions within a strict time frame.
• Negotiate rates with forwarders and brokers; ask for quotations and choose the most efficient, reliable, and affordable rates.
• Punctual follow up to relevant parties, including shipment issues, and ongoing shipments. • Daily interactions and departmental performance reporting to senior management. Special Assignment: Product Manager (July 2012- February 2013)
Duties and responsibilities:
• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
