• Guarantee Customer Expectation is met through the use of daily building audits, AA coaching, and the cross-collaboration of different departments and buildings within the Amazon network
• Proactively identified and led process improvement initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with departments such as Learning, IB, and ShipDock on a daily basis to ensure success of Operation • Ran Singles as the only manager for over 4 months, whilst awaiting a new Pack AM.
