In charge of work team dealing with Free Lance Selecting and Consulting Staff for Projects.  Integral Management of the different steps of Headhunting and Selection of Specialists, Professionals, Middle and Top Management both locally (in Buenos Aires and across the country) and Latin America.  Permanent contact with Clients affording advice, responding to needs, and detecting new Business opportunities.  Data gathering, description and development of Profiles.  Recruitment strategy definition in relation with the profile required.  Market search aiming to detect companies that according to their structure, importance and business level, can be possible recruitment sources of candidates.  Identification of the profile fitting the client needs according to the structures.  Interviews according to the needs and requirement of the client (one-on-one and groups)  Reports of Interviews and Follow Up Management and status of each process.  Follow up of candidates and advice to the company during all the process until hiring of the chosen candidate is completed.  Assessment and Statistical Analysis of the Processes of the work team to identify strengths and improvement opportunities.
