• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and close.
• Collaborate with the Director of the Media Analysis & Solutions Department, with Media Analysis Team Leads, and Senior Media Analysts to understand client needs and develop customized proposals and solutions that meet their specific requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, and serve as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, feedback, and support requests.
• Work closely with the product development team to provide input on product and service enhancements, based on client feedback and market trends.
• Manage partnerships with third-party vendors and resellers, and develop joint marketing and sales programs to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity, and provide regular updates and insights to the senior leadership team.
