Provided a link between the in-house designers and a remotely contracted development team. Part of the first scrum team in the Ecommerce department, responsible for the redesign of the TH website. Overseeing development work, coordinating of system and user acceptance testing, and design sign off. Shortly after joining PVH I was trained as Scrum Master and agile guide for multiple cross-functional development teams. As the first scrum master in the department I helped shape the scrum process for future teams. Gained experience working with many vendors across different countries and coaching of remote teams.
