Everyday functions included final decision making for continued customer service and growth while lead the staff by example when working hands on with in the department. On daily basis, answered phone calls to schedule closings, decipher and explain title searches and commitments, prepared loan packages from investors, initialized and set up final settlement statements on licensed software with the ability to clone and transfer numbers and loan information from all lenders closing instructions. Obtained final approvals from lenders and brokers for closing clearance then reviewed documents to the consumer in a precise and thorough manner. After rescission period had expired, fulfilled lenders requirements in clearance of underwriting stipulations, of cleared title policy, lien payoffs, and outstanding judgments. As closing manager, also trained new hired individuals to the company within the department and satellite offices, along with notaries which were hired on a contractual basis and then traveled to the consumers’ home for the closing. Elected to take the responsibility to travel to different states and trained the closing staff and department heads in weekly increments. Final management accountability included being responsible for four closers, one funder, and trained future closing manager for both a satellite office and the replacement for this position upon exit for next career move.
