Apr. 2012 - Oct. 2016AustraliaI started working at LeasePLUS as a designer, working on all the company’s marketing projects, including digital advertising, social media, printed collaterals, events organisation and coordination. My first achievement was to introduce the internal IT department to more modern web development techniques, such as tableless structure and responsive design. I was instrumental in implementing the new process and wok methodology, overlooking the change process. After my first 2 years with LeasePLUS the business decided to create an independent marketing department to boost the company’s visibility and presence. Over the past year and a half I have been able to prove myself coordinating multiple projects, promotional events and exhibitions and managing a number of people who assist me in our day to day tasks. I also have been in charge of managing the relationships with suppliers and external customers, overlooking budgets and expenses, and forecasting campaigns impact. My biggest achievement so far has been creating a brand new and exciting marketing plan called “Less is More”, completely changing the look and philosophy of the business.
This included the rebranding of the website, social media channels and all the other printed collaterals; also including market research and regular DEM campaigns to increase brand awareness and the business presence on the market.
