Jun. 2015 - Dec. 2016This role is primarily responsible for maintaining the online customer support for Wanderlust events. The Guest Services Coordinator works closely with the Director of Ticketing & Guest Services to ensure the support portal communication and FAQ’s are accurate and the guest expectation is met. Remote Position. Responsibilities:
- Manage online Support Portal; answer, organize and distribute all support communication - Ticketing, Scheduling, Troubleshooting, General Info, Group Sales, Vendors, Partnerships, Studio locations, Marketing, Media etc..
- Execute ticket sales and schedule creation through Wanderlust’s platforms; Eventbrite & Sched
- Distribution of Inquiries to International Partners.
- Create & update important customer facing information.
- Weekly reports.
- Hold Freshdesk Trainings: Company wide including International Partnerships
- Navigate and troubleshoot Eventbrite as well as Sched accounts for all events. Including but not limited to; Issuing tickets, creating & updating ticket options, schedule changes & updates, attendee profile management.
