Full ownership with direct reports sitting across product management, market assessment, securitization, financial planning and analysis, policy and pricing. Key responsibilities include
• Drove tender (new or renewal) business discussions including rationale, market positioning, pricing and obtained internal approvals for contracts across a diverse lender base valued in the billions of dollars.
• Owner of the Commercial Multi Year Plan (MYP) and Operating Plan (OP) driving key performance and pricing analyses. • Work along side other Genworth global platforms on developing best practices / knowledge share for product, commercial, operational and government relations initiatives
• Developed business case for new Risk Management Strategy including services to be rolled out to select customers encompassing a variety of services including Valuation, Forensic, Repurchase letters and Business Reviews for sub 80% LVR business. This work required extensive communication with the Customer, Risk, Finance, Legal, SLT and International Executives to develop a profitable, value add offering.
• Developed alternative LMI products that meet lenders risk management appetite and provided for a more streamlined, cost effective product. This has increased the market size and the distribution channel and ‘first-to-market’ advantage.
• Created and enhanced the product management structure, development, communication and methodology including development of performance and volume reporting used across the business.
• Own the securitization function within LMI including the coordination of the quoting process including pricing, risk evaluation, customer management
