As a Product Manager at Accent Jobs I am responsible for our MyAccent app. Accent Jobs is a top 3 leading staffing agency in Belgium, matching candidates and clients for various vacancies in white and blue collar jobs. The MyAccent app is used by the candidates to search for vacancies, follow up on appointments and keep track of administrative tasks (like sharing details, signing documents...). Since my arrival we grew our audience from 4k MAU to 12k and now 68% from our workforce uses the app (from 17%). My tasks include: - Product backlog management - Stakeholder management - Change management - Organizing workshops - Forming and communicating vision and strategy - Supporting our UX/UI designers and analysts - Collaborating with our delivery teams - User research Knowledge of: - Agile product management - SCRUM, LeSS - JIRA, Miro, Figma, DevOps, Asana - API's, SQL, debugging, software testing - Google Analytics, Firebase What I am looking for in a next challenge: To gain experience in business consultancy, product design, SaaS environments, start/scale-ups, customer success Or of course: a next product management role.
