- Recruiter for mainly Games business unit, ensuring a high quality talent selection process even with very high volumes and providing daily support for the hiring managers in their recruitment
- Developing Rovio's recruitment process, recruitment tool and training model
- Having recruitment trainings for the hiring managers
- Creating a relocation process to Rovio
- Daily support for the employees and managers also in other than recruitment related HR topics
- Creating a campus employer branding plan and implementing that together with the HR assistant
- Boosting Rovio's employer brand together with Marketing & Communications unit and engaging Rovio personnel to participate into building it

- Representing Rovio in employer branding events and several recruitment fairs, eg. being key speaker at the Universum Awards 2012
- Developing further Rovio's induction and orientation process - Ramping up new sites, building the HR services, establishing the cooperation with local partners and handling the recruitments in Shanghai (until March 2012) Tampere, and Stockholm
- Coordinating from HR side the merging of Futuremark employees as part of Rovio Games unit and providing support for the employees during the transfer
- Keeping up a positive spirit also in tight situations ;)
