Spare Parts Business Process Team Member (April 2003 – March 2004) Brief Responsibility - Manage and support PT.Astra International,Tbk’s SAP Development and Operation for 2500 SAP Users around Indonesia.
- Manage SAP Support Team (10 person) and SAP Development Team (12 person)
- Achieve SAP Customer Competence Center Certification (SAP CCC) for PT. Astra International’s SAP Support Center organization. This certification gift in 5th SAP CCC Info Forum in Singapore, August 2005
- Review and monitor SAP Project Handover activities. More than 15 PT. Astra International’s SAP Projects to SAP Operation activity (i.e. SAP R/3 Project Roll-Out, SAP Upgrade, SAP New Dimension Implementation (CRM, BW), some small SAP Projects)
- Manage SAP (R/3, BW, CRM) Change Request and New Request implementation (75 to 100 New-Change Request / month)
- Manage SAP (R/3, BW and CRM) Daily Operation (about 1500 Ticket / month, before: about 2500 Ticket/month -> reduced by ± 40%). - Evaluate and give solution of SAP Operation problem follow SAP CCC Operation Standard.
- Periodically execute DRC (Disaster Recovery Center) simulation activity
- Plan and review End-User training and refreshment training activities.
- Give advice and execute SAP Business Process Improvement
