- Develop and execute growth strategies focused on improving key metrics: ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, and AOV.
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis and reporting across acquisition, retention, and conversion funnels.
- Manage forecasting models to predict revenue growth based on different marketing and operational initiatives.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across the full customer lifecycle.
Paid Media
- Lead the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, Bing, Criteo).
- Manage agency or internal media buyers, ensuring alignment on KPIs and creative rotations.
- Coordinate periodic meetings with partners to review advertising plans and results.
eCommerce Website Optimization
- Collaborate in CRO initiatives: A/B tests, UX/UI improvements, and personalization strategies.
- Collaborate in product catalog optimizations, promotional calendar planning, and landing page builds.
- Collaborate in design process for different promotional content.
- Collaborate witj design teams to ensure the online store evolves to meet conversion goals.
Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Developing and refining full-funnel customer acquisition strategies combining paid media, Email & SMS marketing & Automation, partnerships, and affiliates.
- Overseeing CRM strategy: segmentation, automation flows, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Implementing loyalty, referral, and rewards programs to improve customer retention and maximize LTV.
Data Analysis
- Design dashboards and actionable reports.
- Monitor key growth metrics and recommend proactive adjustments based on insights.
- Conduct customer behavior research and cohort analysis to inform growth strategies.
Tech Stack & Tooling
- Evaluate, implement, and manage Martech and Adtech tools to support growth initiatives (e.g., attribution platforms, analytics, automation).
- Ensure data hygiene across platforms (CRM, pixel tracking, server-side tagging).
