If you're scratching your head when it's time to pay your staff or and confused when a 30 day late notice hits your email and you're wondering where all your money went, I'm your guy. In the last 7 years I've built and facilitated the restructure of multiple businesses hard-pressed for change that continue to be profitable and successful today. Now I'm doing the same with my wife at Allure Spa & Salon. There are guidelines and systems you can put in place to reclaim the reins of your business, no matter the industry. I'm obsessed with optimizing systems, and particularly passionate about showing other business owners how to take the human error out of their everyday operations. This saves time, money, and energy on the things that really matter, like your family and most importantly your own well being. I'd be honored to help you do the same.
