- Regularly update Ribbon Gang's Directors on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Deliver clear, concise reports that highlight value generated, milestones achieved, and the roadmap ahead for both internal Agency use and external Client use.

I joined the business when it was still in start-up mode and worked in a range of challenging roles across design engineering, operations and production management. Consultant, Engineering and Manufacturing Services (Jun 2010 -Oct 2011) In this role I led all major assignments outside of the Flight Simulation business. This included managing contract tenders. A highlight was winning a major contract for a nuclear power plant simulator in South Africa. Director of Operations (Mar 2008-Jun 2010)
As Director of operations my accountabilities included Manufacturing Operations, Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement Processes, Supplier Management and Frontline Client Support. I was also heavily involved in leading business development for projects outside of the core simulator business, including heavy industrial, marine and nuclear engineering projects. Highlights include: • The introduction of internal processes that increased manufacturing capability; including Agile Software Development, Iterative Development and Rapid Prototyping. • Implementing and achieving ISO 9001:2008 • Securing a number of major business contracts. Manager, Electrical Engineering (Sep 2003-Mar 2008) In this role I managed a team of engineers and technicians including the electronic lab, after-sales support and functional testing. A highlight was leading the design and implementation of the electrical distribution system and CanBus network architecture for the full flight simulators that became the new standard and is still used to this day.
