Qstore allows customers to renew their Internet services and to buy prepaid cards via the net in a secured manner by integrating with the National Bank of Kuwait, K-Net and the company's Oracle based billing system. Managed the project migration of QStore from version 5.1 to version 5.5. Worked with the marketing department to develop the strategy of the QStore. Trained the helpdesk to understand the process of the QStore. Designed and Implemented QStore financial reports.
