As a proud USMC Combat Veteran, I bring discipline, determination, and a strong work ethic to everything I do. With over 30 years of Taekwondo training and a 3rd Dan Black Belt, I've not only mastered the art but have also spent over 25 years imparting my knowledge and expertise as a coach. My journey in the fitness industry led me to become the Former Head Coach and Coach Trainer for Mayweather Boxing + Fitness, where I honed my skills in developing effective training programs and coaching methodologies. Over the years, I've managed and coached at high-level fitness gyms, including X-sport Fitness, Vida Fitness, and Prevail Boxing, contributing to the success and well-being of countless individuals. As an NPTI Certified Personal Trainer, I am committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals and lead healthier lifestyles. My experience extends beyond training individuals; I've been the proud owner of several Martial Arts studios and gyms, creating spaces where people can learn, grow, and transform their lives through the power of martial arts and fitness.
