- It was an ITES based company that served as a facilitator in rendering mandatory Government and Banking services, in both rural as well as urban areas of India, focussing mainly at the bottom of the Pyramid (BoP).
- Nilesh's profile primarily involved analytical tasks of shortlisting certain candidates from the pool of applicants for the profile of VLEs.
- He was also responsible for Training and Development of the VLEs to work on a PPP model as well as sensitizing them about various updates in the Government schemes and policies.
- It was during this venture that Nilesh observed a dire need of a Global Confederation which could help in making a sustainable development based ecosystem. And thus, he then formed the Confederation of Global Innovators which now serves as World's First and only O2O Community for Innovators worldwide.
