- Manage a dedicated product team, guiding product strategy, development, and release.
- Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers. My responsibilities span from requirements gathering and risk management to product implementation, User Acceptance Test (UAT), and comprehensive election support.
- Setting and monitoring product delivery timelines with a focus on on-time releases.
- Implementing process enhancements that streamline product delivery.
- Collaborating intensively with other Product Managers, Engineering Teams, UX/UI designers, and other departments to guarantee cohesive product creation, validation, and release.
- Upholding rigorous QA standards, assuring products meet quality benchmarks.
- Assist the pre-sales department in drafting compelling business proposals through product compliance analysis, effort estimation, and resource allocation.
- Providing crucial field support during election deployments, ensuring seamless execution and addressing onsite challenges. Key projects:
- Municipal Elections, Manitoba, Canada: Lead product delivery, contributing to a successful contract worth CAD $1,000,000 aprox.
- EAC VVSG 2.0 Product Certification Project: I'm leading the Election Management Platform implementation to ensure compliance and certification. - Ongoing project
- 2023 Local Elections, Georgia: Managed the EMS product, driving a successful execution of a contract worth USD $4,500,000.
- 17 Municipal Elections, Canada (2022): Led product delivery for the first deployment of the Smartmatic's voting machines in Canada, cumulatively valued at USD $250,000.
- Georgia Municipal Elections Pilot (October 2021): Managed the product delivery for a pilot project, resulting in a contract worth USD $250,000.
