* Planned and implemented the new HRIS system, focusing on technology, automatization, and integration, assuring the accuracy and productivity gains.
* Developed monthly reports with KPIs for South America HR areas, which helped to reduce rates of turnover, absenteeism and keep costs on track.
* Developed and managed the South America HR administration system implementationin accordance with global company´s procedures and payroll processes.
* SSC leader responsible to identify, propose and implement HR needs to move HR operations to a centralized standard.
* Ensuring SOX compliance, internal controls development, maintenance and monitoring in payroll related processes.
